Get your Roadmap!
Low ferritin rarely has one cause. This walks you through the five most common places it hides, scores each one for your body, and shows you which one might be the most helpful to start with.Â
Here's what you'll have by tonight:
A real starting place. A score for each of the five most common drivers, so you can see which is loudest in you instead of wondering if it could be anything.
7 lessons, in the order I'd actually check them if you were sitting across from me
-
Phase One: Nutritional Assessment. Is enough coming in? What's actually on your plate, why some iron barely counts, and why eating less than your body needs quietly shuts the door on the iron you do eat.
Phase 2: Potential Blood Loss Assessment. Is too much going out? A real way to measure your period instead of guessing, the other quiet ways iron leaves, and when it's time to ask for a closer look. This is the one everyone skips and it's so often the answer.
Phase 3: Digestive, Liver and Gallbladder. Can you absorb it? You can eat beautifully and still come up empty. This is very often why iron, or even infusions, didn't work.
Phase 4: Hormone and Stress Resilience. Is stress burning through it? Stress spends the exact minerals you need, and blood sugar, thyroid and the hormone shifts of your late 30s and 40s all pile on.
Phase 5: Circadian and Mitochondrial Energy. Is your body set up to hold onto it? Light, sleep and timing run the whole system, and none of the rest sticks without them.
Bonus Lesson: Common Lab Patterns and What They Potentially Mean. How to read your own results. What it means when one number is flagged and the rest look fine, when "normal" is hiding something, and which numbers only make sense sitting next to each other.
Most people aren't dealing with one thing anyway. They're dealing with two or three stacked on top of each other, which is exactly why one supplement never fixes it.
Get the roadmap & get clarity on you situation (with talking points you can bring to your provider if needed).Â
Weed through all the testing & understand what might actually be relevant for your situation.
