A little bit about Coach Becky Niles

My passion for health and helping others stems from my own personal journey. After having children, I found that my body no longer bounced back as it did in my younger years. At 30, I underwent a hysterectomy, which triggered stubborn hormonal challenges, emotional struggles, and a cascade of health issues, including poor gut health, cardiac concerns, asthma, pre-diabetes, and thyroid/autoimmune dysfunction. These struggles led to further weight gain, and I eventually found myself on seven different medications. Genetic testing revealed a high likelihood of developing chronic diseases, making it clear that I needed to take charge of my health rather than simply managing symptoms with medication.

Like many, I tried numerous commercial diet plans, but they left me exhausted, hungry, and without results. Even at over 200 pounds, I knew there had to be a better way. That’s when I shifted to an animal-based, whole foods, intuitive, circadian-aligned approach, focusing on deep healing rather than quick fixes. For the first time in my life, I broke free from dieting, food-related stress, and emotional struggles, and I finally experienced what true health feels like.

Now, as a health coach for SKW & Ben Azadi and personal founder of Becky Niles Coaching & Beyond Nutrition Community, I guide hundreds of others toward sustainable wellness using the same holistic, science-backed methods that transformed my life.
